Brimsmore Development Secures Two More Awards

Wyatt Homes has been awarded not one, but two awards for its Brimsmore development, this time at The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2017, held recently at the Shard, London. Wyatt Homes fought off strong competition from many of the top house builders and developers in the UK to win ‘Best Medium Development of the Year’ for the high quality and excellent craftsmanship of its popular Brimsmore development in Yeovil. Wyatt Homes’ Richard Coles was also presented with the highly prestigious national award for ‘Site Manager of the Year’.

These latest awards add to the Brimsmore development International Property Awards ‘Best Residential Development in Somerset’ won last year and the recent presentation of the ‘Best High Volume New Development’ at the LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards.

The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards are designed to recognise the UK’s best developments and are internally nominated by Premier Guarantee Surveyors, meaning customers do not submit their own site, but become eligible as soon as they become a customer.

Brimsmore is a refreshingly new village-type community development located in Somerset. The philosophy behind this impressive development is to create an exclusive neighbourhood, with a range of facilities which is not only easily accessible for new Brimsmore residents, but also for those already living in the surrounding residential areas. You’ll receive assistance from our experienced Sales Advisors to help sell your home by organising valuations from our recommended Estate Agents who will look after the marketing of your property from start to finish.

We will contribute towards your Estate Agent fees

We will also contribute towards your Estate Agent fees, helping to make your move into a new Wyatt home as hassle free as possible, so you can sit back and relax. Wyatt Homes may hold the plot for 4 weeks while your house is on the market.

You will be offered 48 hours to decide whether you would like to proceed to officially reserving the plot. Should you choose to proceed with the purchase, you will be invited to book in your Reservation appointment. No further fee is required at this stage

If you know someone who is considering moving and they have not already registered with us, please ask your Sales Advisor for a Recommend a Friend form and send it to your friend/family member to complete.
