All 23 new homeowners have exchanged contracts on their beautiful homes with surrounding views of Dorset countryside.

Wingfield Place is a collection of 23 beautifully styled homes all of which sold out in just 9 months and will be fully occupied this Spring. Nestled within Dorset countryside with stunning views, all with the convenience of only being a few miles drive away from charming local villages and market towns - it’s a hidden gem to call home.

Wingfield Place has been meticulously designed to ensure materials, architectural detailing, layout and open spaces are sympathetic with the local vernacular and the site’s rural setting. The external finishes of these attractive homes display an array of examples of this, from local natural stone façades and bricks that emulate the tonal variations of local stone. Details typical of those found in character properties can be seen, from traditional style windows, dormer roof styles, stone window sills, cottage porches and decorative brickwork to chimneys.

Careful consideration was also given to the ecological and rural setting of the development. Detached properties to the north east are set back from open green space with views to open countryside. Additional hedgerows have been planted surrounding the development, amongst the development are pockets of trees and meadow grassland, along with bird and bee bricks, bat boxes, sparrow terraces and a hedgehog highway to provide a habitat for our wildlife residents. These green spaces are an integral part of the development, something we recognise as being important to the well-being of residents.

One of our new homeowners said: ‘We are very happy with the house. The development is lovely and the quality of the actual building is excellent. The design is also very good with ample cupboard space and the kitchen/diner is superb. I am sure we will be very happy here.’ Mr & Mrs L

Prior to launching the development in May 2021 our ‘Early Bird’ scheme proved popular with proceedable purchasers, enabling them first refusal on their dream Wyatt Home, covering 17% of the homes here within the first month. With the property market being so active the local council warned of delays up to 70 days on local search results in West Dorset, but our fantastic and well-prepared panelled Solicitors already held a local search and raised enquiries before launch, leading to 79% of customers instructing them so that they could exchange contracts on their new home in just 7 weeks and move in as soon as their homes were ready – beating the 12+ week national average time to exchange.

Another new homeowners said: "The whole development has been well laid out and built to a high standard with good quality fixtures and fittings internally. We found the purchasing process easy from plot selection through to completion, and we were dealt with in a professional manor at all times by Wyatt's and the Sales Team. Since moving in there has been little disruption to us whilst the rest of the development was completed. We would be happy to recommend Wyatt Homes to other prospective purchasers."

Now all these homes are sold our recommend panel of Solicitors are reviewing the contract pack for our next development set to launch soon! This will be St Andrews Meadow in Milborne St Andrew, Dorset.

The collection of 25 homes are anticipated to be ready for occupation in Summer 2022. Hurry to register your interest as 50% are already secured under the Early Bird scheme! These homes will also be sold from our Wingfield Place Sales Office.
