In Spring 2021 Phase 5 was launched, comprising of 37 homes.

Six of which are two-bedroomed apartments in Eastern Court, a beautifully designed statement building overlooking the green. The remaining 31 properties are a variety of sought after 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed homes, which have appealed to a wide range of buyers, from young professionals, growing families and those looking to downsize.

Our Early Bird scheme meant proceedable customers who had registered with us could reserve their interest on their desired home prior to the homes being officially launched to the open market. 43% of these homes were reserved under the Early Bird scheme which was no surprise given the strong market conditions the property sector has experienced over the last year.
