Breaking ground at Fiddleford Ridge
We are thrilled to announce that work is now well underway at our forthcoming development, Fiddleford Ridge, located in Sturminster Newton. Situated just off Elm Close, this exciting project is set to bring 98 beautifully designed homes to the area.
Construction Director Richard Coles and Contracts Manager Rod Dunford were recently on site to oversee the digging of the very first foundations—a significant milestone that marks the beginning of this development.
Fiddleford Ridge promises to be more than just a collection of homes. The development has been thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of community and offer residents a lifestyle enriched by nature and outdoor spaces. In addition to the high-quality homes, the site will feature extensive green spaces, including allotments, a play area for children, a pond, and a dedicated picnic area. These amenities are designed to encourage outdoor activities and help residents make the most of their surroundings.

We are also excited to announce that an off-plan sales launch is scheduled for November 2024, giving prospective homeowners an early opportunity to secure their new property at Fiddleford Ridge.
Additionally, a showhome at plot 98 is planned, allowing visitors to experience the quality and attention to detail that Wyatt Homes is known for. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation by summer 2025, and we can’t wait to welcome the first residents to this new community.
