Wyatt Homes Supports Wimborne Town FC with New Sponsorship

Wyatt Homes CEO, David Wyatt with WTFC General Manager, Jimmy Glass

We are delighted to announce that we’re continuing to support Wimborne Town FC through sponsorship of the club’s stadium for the next three seasons.

The deal, which runs until the end of the 2026/27 season, will allow us to increase our role in the growth of the club after building the stadium for the Magpies ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

Our CEO David Wyatt met with Wimborne Town’s general manager Jimmy Glass recently to formally mark the partnership and discuss the club’s plans for the future.

Jimmy Glass said: “We’re really grateful to Wyatt Homes for all of its efforts throughout the whole process with this excellent stadium, we could not be happier to have such a supportive sponsor that truly recognises the impact a thriving football club can have on its community.

“We’d like to say a big thank you to everybody at Wyatt Homes for their commitment and generosity, which we will be grateful to have for the next three seasons.”

“Our relationship with Wimborne Town FC is one we’re incredibly proud of, and to be supporting an asset so close to the hearts of the local community is incredibly rewarding."

David Wyatt, CEO, said: “Our relationship with Wimborne Town FC is one we’re incredibly proud of, and to be supporting an asset so close to the hearts of the local community is incredibly rewarding.

“At Wyatt Homes, we undertake a lot of initiatives for the local community which emphasises the shared goal among our workforce to positively shape our communities, with our support of Wimborne FC a shining example of that.”

Nearby to our two Wimborne developments named Rivers Edge and Saxondale Gardens, the construction and sponsorship of the Magpies’ stadium is part of our unwavering commitment to giving back to the communities we work in.

The Wyatt Homes Stadium includes a bar and clubhouse, available to all during non-matchdays, as well as two seated stands and an all-weather 3G training pitch.

Wimborne Town have started life at the Wyatt Homes Stadium well, currently sitting in mid table after promotion last season, as Tim Sills and his squad relish the chance to face stronger opponents.
