Where necessary we will first seek to secure a local plan or neighbourhood plan allocation and we have extensive experience of achieving successful allocations.
We aim to work collaboratively with the local community to delivery tangible local benefits and our negotiated approach facilitates realising a permission at the earliest opportunity.
Whilst our preference is to obtain our own planning permissions, we will also consider land that already has a planning permission, and also land for purchase.
